LANDER BACK TO WINNING WAYS AS JAMIE SISMEY FALLS SHORT

RND 14: SACHSENSRING REPORT

Wayne Lander is storming to his first DHORC Title after scoring his ninth victory of the season in a thrilling race with Jamie Sismey which saw the rookie driver crash out with a minute to go after two minutes of incredible racing with Lander. Jamie is still hunting for his first Adult race victory after topping the Junior standings twice in 2003 and 2004. Phil Rees scored his second podium in a row with third ahead of Nick Sismey who won the B Final. Gary Weston scored one of his best results yet in DHORC with a second place finish in the B Final, equivalent to fifth place overall. Alan Bullock won the C Final.

In The Juniors, Ashley Hughes scored his seventh win of the season in what is a fantastic duel championship fight with Tom Measham, who finished just over a lap behind after three minutes of high-speed racing. Andy Fearn once again scored third place and in only his second meeting, already has two podiums to his name. Ian Matthews finished in fourth place once again.
